The PDIC invites you to submit a quotation for the items stated below:

Description Approved Budget of Contract (inclusive of all applicable taxes)
-1 lot- Supply and installation of Gauge 2.0 mm - 6 inches x 36 inches vinyl floor tiles at the 3/F, PDIC leased office space, SSS Ayala Bldg., Makati City P75,000.00
Scope of Works:
1. Ocular inspection of the area at the 3rd floor;
2. Surface preparation to include floor leveling and fixing of existing sub-floor finishing;
3. Secure PDIC approval on the design and color of the floor finish/material prior to installation;
4. General cleaning and turn-over
General Specifications:
1. Floor area to be provided with new floor finish 121 sqm. more or less;
2. Use gauge 2.0 mm - 6 inches x 36 inches vinyl tiles
3. Use water-based acrylic floor adhesive;
4. Use appropriate trims and other accessories to complete the project.

Eligibility Requirements:

  1. Current/valid DTI/SEC Registration;
  2. Current/valid Mayor's/Business Permit; and
  3. PHILGEPS Registration Certificate or
    PHILGEPS registration confirmation thru email (hard copy), as applicable

Terms and conditions

1. Terms of payment
: Payment will be made after the delivery of items through check. There is a penalty of 1/10 of 1% for every day of delay.
2. Period of delivery
: To be completed within five (5) calendar days reckoned upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed
